1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any website, game, app, or online service provided by Redvad Entertainment ("Redvad", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

3. Accounts

All content, branding, code, art, and other materials provided through our services are owned by Redvad Entertainment or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. 6. Purchases and Refunds

If you purchase products or in-app items through our services, all sales are final unless required otherwise by applicable law or by the platform on which the purchase was made (such as the App Store or Google Play).

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Redvad and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party right.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these terms. You may stop using our services at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — will continue to apply.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or our services will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah, unless the parties agree to alternative dispute resolution. To the extent permitted by law, you and Redvad each waive the right to participate in a class or representative action.

12. General Provisions

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Redvad regarding our services. You may not assign or transfer these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a business transfer.

13. Changes To These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
