Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 25, 2026
1. Introduction
Redvad Entertainment LLC ("Redvad", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through this policy. This policy describes how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you visit our website and use our products and services.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of information:
- Account information — when you create an account, we collect identifiers such as your email address, username, and authentication credentials.
- Usage data — gameplay statistics, in-app actions, device type, and other diagnostic data needed to run our services.
- Communication data — messages you send to us through email or contact forms.
- Cookies and similar technologies — to maintain sessions, analyze traffic, and improve our products.
3. Our Mobile Games
What each mobile game collects is described here, game by game. None of our games contain advertising, third-party analytics, or tracking, and optional in-app purchases are always processed entirely by Apple or Google — we do not receive your name, email address, or payment details from a purchase.
VectorStorm (iOS) works entirely on your device and collects no personal information from anyone. It has no accounts. Settings, high scores, and game progress are stored only on your device and are deleted when you delete the app. If a future update adds an online feature, it will be clearly optional and this policy will be updated first.
Future games may offer optional online features such as accounts and world leaderboards. Where a game does, the account information collected is described in Section 2 and handled as set out in this policy, and playing without an account will remain possible unless that game's listing clearly states otherwise.
4. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to operate, maintain, and improve our products and services; to authenticate users and protect against fraud; to communicate with you about updates, support, and announcements; and to comply with applicable laws.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers who help us operate our products, when required by law, or in connection with a business transfer.
6. Third-Party Services
We rely on a small set of third-party providers to operate our products. These may include:
- Hosting and infrastructure — Google Firebase (hosting, authentication, Firestore, cloud functions).
- Analytics and diagnostics — providers used to understand how our products are used and to detect crashes or abuse.
- Communications — services used to deliver email and respond to messages submitted through our contact form.
Each provider is bound by their own privacy practices and only receives the information needed to perform their function.
7. Data Storage and Security
Information we collect is stored on infrastructure operated by reputable cloud providers (primarily Google Firebase). We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage over the internet is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Data Retention
We keep personal information only for as long as needed to provide our products, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
9. International Data Transfers
Our service providers may process data in countries other than the one in which you reside. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) to protect your information when it is transferred internationally.
10. Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or withdraw consent for certain uses.
If you are in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom (GDPR): you have the rights described above and may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
If you are a California resident (CCPA / CPRA): you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell your personal information.
To exercise any of these rights, please reach out via our contact form.
11. Children's Privacy
Our products are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
12. Changes To This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be highlighted where required by law.
